Digital Showcase
We are now showcasing our portfolio. A series of exciting new videos will be released to demo our digital solutions.
Steven, our senior digital designer, explains the creative process behind the release of the eLearning Digital Showcase video ( available HERE in spectacular HD) .
“The brief was to create a one-minute showreel to illustrate the exciting work we, here at Adventis Health, are constantly churning out. One of the key things to keep in mind before such a project is to keep inspired. Do your research and when you find similar project, devise a way of raising the bar and making yours the stand out.
So, after the initial research phase, I proceeded to select the projects to showcase in the video. It’s always very hard to sift through the masses of projects and select only the very best; let’s face it – they’re all fantastic! Once that was done, I moved on to sourcing the audio. It’s all about the pace and you should be aware of what you will be inserting into the video from this early stage, thus preparing yourself for the audio-syncing. If you’re not going to audio-sync, then don’t bother inserting music!
Once you’re happy with the audio track, it’s time to start storyboarding. Keep the audio pace in mind and remember that you want to keep the viewers engaged throughout. Distribute the content evenly but be sure to include a climax to re-energise the project before it comes to an end. This will keep it fresh in people’s minds and keep them asking for more.
The tricky bit was stripping out the massive projects for clips ranging from two to six seconds each. It’s important to pay as much attention to detail when doing this, as otherwise, you will find yourself returning over and over again to make little tweaks and cause yourself so much unnecessary waste of time (and frustration)!
Finally, tighten everything up on the timeline according to your storyboard and play it over a few times to make sure nothing stands out. Once you are happy with the project, get other creative people to give you their feedback. When it gets their approval, you’re good to go!
Test the final product on several devices before deploying it. Remember to spread the word – the last thing you want is for your hard work to go unnoticed.
And hey-presto! You’re done.
If you remember to `Observe, Reflect and Make` you should be fine. Don’t be afraid to look back at your work critically. It shows you’re progressing and growing as a creative mind.”
I hope you have found this interesting. Stay tuned for more posts soon!

What are they saying about you?
These last years have seen a major change in the communications between companies and the public. Social media has become critical in the paradigm of this communication, gaining a central position in what can be defined as progressive market thinking. Facebook, linkedin, Twitter, Quora, Youtube, and many other platforms have given the consumers the opportunity to start frank and unmitigated discussions about brands and products, and have also offered the companies the chance to communicate directly to the consumers. As with any form of communication this “conversation 2.0″ requires listening. Companies need to listen to their target market, understand the perception of their brand among their customers and take their pulse. In this type of approach, understanding a new sort of body language has become paramount for the sale process.
At Adventis Health we understand the digital body language.
With our new platforms and tools, along with the experience of skilled marketers, we listen to monitor everything the market has to say about you and your competitors.
We can monitor any post, tweet or comment about your brand or product, listen to any conversation where you are mentioned, filter and compare data, to help you understand what your customers really think of you.
As an agency we have the skills to use this information to change or enforce this perception, by elaborating an adequate strategy that will always be tailored to your real brand needs.
Our award winning team will then put this strategy into place, by choosing the right technology that can more efficiently solve your problem. From web portals, to mobile apps, to cross-platform integrated campaigns, and conference support technologies, we can always find a solution for you.
Come and speak to us, we are listening…
